Pokemon GO's August Community Day celebrates Eevee, and there are several opportunities for players to get involved in the festivities. Perhaps the most exciting of those opportunities is the Eevee Community Day Special Research, which is dubbed What You Choose to Be. For those fans that would like to know more about this new Special Research in Pokemon GO, full details on its tasks and the associated rewards can be found in this guide.
Before getting into the tasks and rewards, it is important to mention that PoGO players will need to buy the What You Choose to Be Ticket in order to access the Special Research. This ticket can be purchased for $0.99 from the Global Events section of the shop, and the list of rewards that can be found below should help fans determine if they are comfortable spending that amount. Notably, players can still participate in the other Eevee Community Day activities even if they decide to pass on the ticket.

Indeed, players will need to catch and evolve Eevee in Pokemon GO numerous times before everything is said and done, and they will be rewarded with encounters with a variety of Eeveelutions. Fortunately, Eevee will have an increased spawn rate for the duration of the event, making these tasks quite easy to complete.
As previously mentioned this Special Research is just one part of Pokemon GO's Eevee Community Day. Players can also complete some Timed Research in order to earn a Mossy Lure Module and a Glacial Lure Module, and there is some Field Research to tackle as well. Additioanlly, players that evolve an Eevee during the event will receive a Pokemon that knows an exclusive move.
