Battlefield is back to modern combat! Or modern-ish near-future combat. Whatever it is, the game is awesome and with the amazing addition of Hazard Mode, Battlefield 2042 feels like a hit for old and new players alike.

Set in the near future, Battlefield 2042 looks to crank up the mayhem in this frantic shooter. With current-gen consoles supporting up to 128 players in a match at once, this truly captures the feeling of the battleground. Whilst the single-player content has been removed, story segments are told through the multiplayer gameplay helping to give context to matches. Want to learn more about the narrative?
