Threads are obtainable by visiting different stores scattered around the city and purchasing them with money earned by defeating enemies or selling Pins.

There are a total of 277 Threads in Neo: The World Ends With You, with the majority of the better ones costing tons of money to obtain, requiring you to raise your VIP Level in the store, or by unlocking the store's Social Perk via the Social Network to see more of their stock. Additionally, Threads are created by several different brands, which you can support by wearing their clothes in battle and purchasing their products. Doing so will raise your VIP Level and will allow you to interact with their Social Tree.
Black Honey Chili Cookie
Black Honey Chili Cookie is essentially the "Hot Topic" of the Neo: The World Ends With You universe and sells the absolute worst looking stuff. However, even with their catalog looking rather bad, they possess decent Threads that will give the poor soul you decide to fit with their merch substantial buffs.
