Electronic Arts acquires Glu Mobile for 2.1 Billion Dollars

Today EA has announced that they acquired Glu Mobile in a press release for $2.1 billion in enterprise value. This combination of Electronic Arts and Glu was done because EA is planning to accelerate their Mobile Portfolio Growth, and they will now fuel new experiences in Mobile Gaming. This deal will make EA’s impact on Mobile Business way bigger because Glu Mobile are one of the biggest developers in the Mobile Gaming Industry.

Glu Mobile has around 800 Employees, and all of them will now work under a new form of leadership by Electronic Arts.
