Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2’s Story will go beyond Players’ expectations

Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2’s Story will go beyond Players’ Expectations according to the co-director Naoki Hamaguchi and producer Yoshinori Kitase; they recently took part in an interview at CEDEC, which was in Japanese but has been translated.
Kitase said that he wants to subvert players’ expectations satisfyingly, and his goal was to deceive players positively. Thanks to our friends at VG247 for finding this out.

Square Enix also recently trademarked some names that might be related to the next parts of Final Fantasy 7 Remake: Thanks to Gematsu for finding this out.
Here are links to all of the logos trademarked:
Ever Crisis
The First-Ever Soldier
Shinra Logo

The Name Ever Crisis is similar to the name of the 2004 mobile game Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII and a 2007 PSP game called “Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII.”
“First Soldier” could be a reference to Sephiroth, who is the main villain of Final Fantasy VII.
Even though I wasn’t the biggest fan of Final Fantasy 7 Remake for reasons like filler missions and the combat system, I would give the next parts a try, especially if they improve the combat and the story. I still haven’t played the original version, and I’m looking forward to playing it one day since many of my friends have recommended it to me and have said that the story is way better than the one in Remake. Hopefully, that is the case with the upcoming parts of Final Fantasy Remake as well.
