Final Fantasy XIV Free Login Campaign

Square Enix have announced a 96 hour free log-in campaign for returning players in their MMO Final Fantasy XIV.

The game is currently available to Windows PC, (via the SE Store, and Steam), PlayStation 4, and coming soon to PlayStation 5 and Xbox One. In case you missed it, you can find our Shadowbringers expansion review here (we can’t recommend it enough!)

Until November 23rd (6:59 a.m. PST), users can enjoy 96 hours of free game time. However, the campaign is aimed squarely at returning players who may not have played for a while.

As detailed on the game’s website [US / Europe] eligible users must have previously purchased and registered the game. All registered service accounts must also be set as inactive during the free period, and a registered service account must have been inactive for 30 days.

In earlier news, the game’s 5.4 update will launch in December. It was also confirmed the game’s PlayStation 4 version will run on PlayStation 5.

You can find an abridged rundown (via Steam) below.
