New Dragon Ball Super Movie Title Announced And Teaser Trailer Released

We’ve got some exciting news for Dragon Ball fans. A new Dragon Ball Super movie has received an official title, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, and it also got a new teaser trailer. The new movie was first announced a few months back. Dragon Ball Super: Broly was launched back in 2018 and was officially released in 2019. It wasn’t clear for a while if there was going to be a follow-up to this.

We now know that the title of the next movie will be Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, and it will be the first movie in the series since Broly. Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero will be coming to us sometime in 2022, and the teaser trailer below has all of us stoked for more content.

Dragon Ball series creator, Akira Toriyama, had shared with us previously that the new movie will feature “extreme and entertaining bouts” and will also include an unexpected character. Unfortunately, the trailer itself doesn’t give us much else to go on, as it simply shows Goku along with the title of the new movie, so that’s the extent of information we have.

Despite the progression in movies, we still aren’t certain about the anime. The manga is still consistently being published, but the anime ended in 2018, and it has not been officially confirmed as canceled or to be continued, so we will have to remain in waiting on that news.
