Fortnite: All Plant Sapling Locations

Quick Links

Ready to plant saplings around the Fortnite Battle Royale island? Week six's challenges are live and they will have you a few planting saplings in certain areas of the island. Perhaps these little bright-looking, fluorescent tree saplings will become part of the lore for the season and grow into something bigger. Who knows if next week we'll have alien trees in these locations?

There are three possible locations where you can plant the saplings. You need to plant a total of three plants but each landmark has enough spots where you can do this so you don't have to go to all of them. This is great because you don't have to run around the map to finish this quest, making it much less of a chore. Here's where you can go to complete the sapling challenge.

Stumpy Ridge Plant Sapling Locations

One of your options this week is the Stumpy Ridge landmark. You can get there quite easily, as it's next to quite a few POIs. It's west of Lazy Lake, northeast of Slurpy Swamp, and northwest of Misty Meadows. Either way, you can land, there is usually a chest spawn and some floor loot or if you want to be more prepared, land in one of these nearby POIs and head there later in the match.

One of the saplings is just on top of the hill, whereas the other two are sitting right under the hill, next to a cutdown tree.

Fork Knife Food Truck Plant Sapling Locations

North of Lazy Lake and northwest of Retail Row is where you'll find the Fork Knife Food Truck landmark. Near the food truck, there are three saplings you can plant.

They're all fairly close to each other and you will be able to easily spot them, behind the port-a-potties and the food truck.

FN Radio Locations

The last location is on the upper side of the map, and it's the furthest one away from the other two. The FN Radio landmark is directly west of Craggy Cliffs. Next to the FN Radio building, there are a few large rocks on a hill.

The saplings are all locations on the hill's slope so you won't have trouble noticing them since they glow, thankfully. They are located right next to each other, there is no need to look around for any missing saplings. This is a fairly safe and easy location to complete the challenge. It is also the landmark with the most viable amount of loot.

How To Plant Saplings In Fortnite

Planting a sapling works just like any other interaction in Fortnite. Approach the sapling, it's a bright blue and it glows. Then, press and hold the "Plant" button that will appear on your screen once you're close enough to it.

This only takes about a second or two but be careful as other players might be around trying to get the challenge done as well.

Don't forget to keep completing your weekly challenges to finish the Battle Pass in time. And, it's important to collect all weekly Alien Artifacts so you can get as many styles as possible for the Kymera skin.
