Fortnite: How to ‘Talk to Joey’ for Week 11 Quest

Fortnite players must talk to Joey in order to complete the last Week 11 Legendary Quest. Joey is an NPC who was previously found at Believer Beach during the Season 7 Cosmic Summer event.

Finding and talking to him will reward Fortnite players with 30K XP, making it a relatively easy quest to finish this batch of Legendary challenges. There are certain things players should know, even after finding Joey, especially if playing with friends.

Where to Find Joey in Fortnite

While Joey had a previous stint at Believer Beach during the summer, he can now be found at his original location, in the northwest corner of Dirty Docks. Players can either land here to speak to him, or make their way to the area during a match.

There are alien Saucers above Dirty Docks sometimes, and they may abduct the NPC before players get to speak to him. Thankfully, the ships shouldn’t transport him too far, and he will still be discoverable by looking out for a speech bubble on the minimap.

If Joey has been aggroed, and players can’t speak with him, they can eliminate him in order to speak to his hologram. He will probably attack if a Saucer has abducted him, which seems to happen quite a lot after somebody has talked to him.

The 'Talk to Joey' Week 11 Quest is not party assist enabled, so if playing with friends, they will probably have to eliminate him and speak to his hologram after the first player has spoken with him.

Dirty Docks is also where Armored Batman is found. Completing 5 of his quests will unlock Superman and some additional Superman-themed accessories. Beast Boy and Clark Kent’s quests will also count towards unlocking these cosmetics, but Armored Batman has the easiest challenge to complete.

All players have to do is accept his quest to fly a Saucer, and then turn around and enter the ship in the middle of Dirty Docks. He also has a quest involving an IO Base, and there is one residing just over the hill, west of Dirty Docks. While here, players can also interact with equipment at the IO Radar Dish.

Players have until the next batch of Legendary Quests drop on Wednesday to talk to Joey in Fortnite. The exact time is noted under each Legendary Quest, if players are unsure how long they have left.

There is another Legendary Quest that asks players to deal damage with a suppressed weapon. There are stages to this challenge, but 20K damage is needed in total by Wednesday to clear it.

Fortnite is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
