Fortnite has always tried new things each season, whether it be with themes, ideas, or even character skins. Now, for Fortnite Season 8, Epic Games has brought a new battle pass, items, and the Carnage skin from the upcoming Venom: Let There Be Carnage movie.
One of the new items in Season 8 includes a new support item for players called the Chili Chug Splash. Chili Chug Splash is a variant of the Chug Splash item all the way back from season one. Gamers use it by throwing the item at their and their teammates’ feet. In addition, the item grants a temporary speed boost to team members in the vicinity for a minute, as can be indicated by the steam coming out of their ears.

However, this is an exotic item that can only be collected in very specific locations on the map. So for Fortnite fans looking to make the best use out of this item, here is where to find Chili Chug Splash.
The Brat NPC
The first more reliable method is finding The Brat NPC on the Fortnite Season 8 Map. They can be located on the right side of the map near the bridge heading north from Lazy Lake. Gamers will know when they found the right NPC when they find a red van with the “Fork Knife” logo on it.
Sadly, this method will cost players about 210 gold bars to purchase three Chili Chug Splash, which can be seen as a bit pricey. There is a free way to get the item, but it is a little trickier since it depends on luck.
Loot Llama Pinatas
The second way players can get Chili Chug Splash is to constantly attack the loot llama pinatas that are around the island until it drops it. These will randomly spawn across the map, so there is no sure-fire way to find them.
Unlike the older versions of the Loot Llama, these have gained sentience in this update and will run away from gamers when they get too close. So be quick and careful when pursuing, as these are highly desired, and other players will be after them as well. Additionally, make sure to grab the other items it drops along the way as well.
Unfortunately, the effects of Chili Chug Splash do not stack if using multiple at once. So make sure to conserve the item if the gamers’ team need to make a quick getaway or charge headfirst into battle.
Fortnite is out now for Android, iOS, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
