Epic Games is no stranger when it comes to hyping up massive live events that take place in its popular battle royale game, Fortnite. There have been many celebrity appearances from various singers, such as Travis Scott, and the next musically-inclined live event has been revealed and is happening this week.
From August 6th to August 8th, Fortnite is hosting an event called the Rift Tour.According to the official Fortnite site, it will take players on a musical journey into "magical new realities where Fortnite and Ariana Grande collide." The tour will take place over three days with a total of five showtimes so that all players can get a chance to check it all out.

Epic Games has yet to go over all of the details of the event. Still, the publisher/developer has confirmed that there will be Fortnite-themed experiences happening in the game before Ariana's arrival that will pair "popular tracks with moments based on elements from the game."
Here are all of the showtimes for the Ariana Grande Rift Tour experience. Epic Games recommends that players arrive in Fortnite around one hour before showtime. If players log into the game close to the event start time, they might find themselves unable to join in due to full server capacity.
- Show 1 – Friday, August 6th at 6 PM ET/ 5 PM CT / 4 PM MT / 3 PM PT
- Show 2 – Saturday, August 7th at 2 PM ET / 1 PM CT / 12 PM MT / 11 AM PT

Players that are currently playing Fortnite and tab over to the Rift Tour section of the menu to save the date for the Rift Tour showtimes. It's worth noting that checking the "Wanna Go?" boxes is not considered an RSVP but more of a way to keep track of the showtimes and let friends know when they plan on attending. There's also a quest this week that requires players to save a date and complete a Fortnite match, so it might be worth players' time to look into it before the Rift Tour begins on Friday.
Fortnite is currently available for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
