Genshin Impact: 9 Hidden Locations You Missed In The Inazuma Region

The recent edition of the nation of Inazuma has had Genshin Impact fans busier than ever since its release! This vast area features tons of new loot, bosses, enemies, interesting characters, and beautiful scenery. However, while caught up with all the new world and archon quests, it can be difficult to truly appreciate and take in all the new sights and sounds.

It's important to remember to stop and smell the naku weeds once in a while and take a break from the quests to simply explore the beautiful land. For those that have been preoccupied with all the main and side quests of Inazuma, here are a few hidden locations that may not have already been explored.

9 Southeast Of Chinju Forest

When venturing out into new territory it can be easy to cut some corners and focus on crowded, more centralized areas of the map. However, it's worth exploring every inch of every new area; the farthest corners of the map may hold some interesting surprises!

Heading out to the farthest point, Southeast of Chinju Forest will lead players to a small elemental puzzle to solve for a quick and fun treasure to find. Make sure to stick around after solving the puzzle for a small tanooki surprise.

8 East Of Jakotsu Mine

While taking a stroll on the shores East of Jakotsu Mine, make sure to keep an eye out for a busy Treasure Hoarder, inspecting something in the sand. Along this shore will be a Treasure Hoarder kneeling over near a small cave entrance.

After taking him out, the player is free to head into the suspicious crack in the wall to find a small hidden area housing an electroculus free for the taking. It was better off with the Traveller than the Treasure Hoarders anyway.

7 Southeast Of Serpent's Head

While underground, in the cave near Serpent's Head and Jakotsu Mine, there will be a long path that leads to the next central area of the cave. However, on this route, there is a small opening in the cracks of the large boulders along the path.

Follow this small opening to find a hidden electroculus and a lonely seelie waiting to be accompanied home. Simply follow the seelie as usual for a free common chest.

6 West Of Narukami Shrine

During a quest found in Inazuma, the player acquires a gadget called the Memento Lens. Although it is given as an essential quest item, it is easy to forget that the Memento Lens remains in the player's inventory throughout the rest of the game, available for free use anywhere across Inazuma even after completing the quest.

On way down, when descending the Grand Narukami Shrine, make sure to keep an eye out for any Earth Kitsunes to scan. This one particular Earth Kitsune near this area unlocks some hidden dialogue and an easy exquisite chest as well.

5 Northeast Of Tatarasuna

It's important to remember that Inazuma is an area that consists of many different islands and that it's worth taking the time to thoroughly explore each of these smaller spots on the map. The addition of finally being able to freely travel the seas without ever worrying about running out of stamina or drowning gives the player tons of new potential with world exploration.

When taking a boat out for some sailing, check out the small set of islands (which are actually ships) marked on the map Northeast of Tatarasuna. After a short encounter with a few enemies around a mysterious shipwreck, pop out of the boat to collect an electroculus.

4 South Of Araumi

When exploring the depths of Araumi, the player may come across a mysterious barrier after some digging around. After finding a Thunder Sakura Bough nearby and summoning an electrogranum, the player is then free to pass through the barrier and collect the goods.

However, don't be too quick to leave after collecting the spoils! On the way out, it may be easy to miss a small common chest, tucked away on the lefthand side of the barrier/door.

3 West Of Chinju Forest

While roaming around the shrine area near Chinju Forest, players may come across a small pond just below. Under the cliff, near the swallowing waters, South of the shrine area is a narrow metal gate. Behind this gate is a concealed electroculus.

However, to free this innocent electroculus from its tiny prison, the player will need to acquire and use a Rust Worn Key to unlock this metal gate; so it's best to track this location down after securing a key or marking it on the map right away.

2 Southeast Of Tatarasuna

Once again using the addition of the trusty boat, sail South, over to the outskirts of Inazuma to find a small secluded island right on the edge of the map. This small island is full of little treasures. After mining the plethora of amethyst ore, there will be a puzzle to solve for a reward.

The Thunder Sakura Bough isn't there by accident, the player can use the electrogranum to solve a puzzle that connects to other neighboring islands.

1 Between Serpent's Head And Jakotsu Mine

Just underneath Serpent's Head, there is a noticeable opening to an underground cave near the large water barrier (needed for another quest) that houses a small elemental puzzle and a few mischievous tanooki. Track down all for totems that need to be activated (and not the fake tanooki ones) and an exquisite chest will be unlocked in the middle of the cave.

Make sure to stick around and explore as there is one hidden electroculus that can be found by using the electrogranum teleportation upwards. On a high ledge, there will be an electroculus that can now be accessed by simply gliding. On the way out, keep an eye on a metal gate on the righthand side of the exit, as it will house a small electro seelie that unlocks a common chest.
