Rockstar have announced that Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition will launch digitally on November 11th. If you want a disc version of the games then you are going to have to wait a little longer until December 6th.
You’re also in luck if you subscribe to either Xbox Game Pass or PlayStation Now. Game Pass subscribers will be able to play Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition from day one on November 11th, while PlayStation Now subscribers will get to play Grand Theft Auto III – The Definitive Edition from December 7th. No idea why there’s a wait for that, but there we go.
The developer has also given us a little more detail on what exactly has been enhanced for these new versions of the games.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition will also launch on iOS and Android in the first half of 2022. All existing versions of the games are to be removed from store fronts in preparation for the launch.
Rumours suggest Rockstar Dundee, previously Ruffian Games, is said to be remastering the titles and they will be using the Unreal engine. A recent investor report from Take-Two. In the call the spokesperson stated they company, which is the parent of Rockstar, was working on three “iterations of previously released titles,” et voila, three GTA games.
