Supergiant Games have announced the release date for action-roguelite Hades when it leaves Early Access, and will be coming to Nintendo Switch.

As previously reported, this action-roguelite is loosely based on Greek mythology, and places you in the shoes of the Prince of the Underworld as he tries to defy his fate. The gods of Olympus are on your side, and through them you will gain access to a wide range of special abilities, buffs, and permanent upgrades that persist between runs.

During the Nintendo Indie World Showcase, it was announced the game would support cross-save support between Windows PC and Nintendo Switch. Whether the game supports cross save between Steam and the Epic Games Store is unknown, though we speculate it is unlikely.

You can find the full rundown (via Steam) below.

Hades is a god-like rogue-like dungeon crawler that combines the best aspects of Supergiant’s critically acclaimed titles, including the fast-paced action of Bastion, the rich atmosphere and depth of Transistor, and the character-driven storytelling of Pyre.

Hades launches Fall 2020 on Windows PC (via the Epic Games Store, and Steam), and Nintendo Switch. The game is currently in Early Access on Windows PC.
