This short guide covers roughly how long it takes to complete the main storyline (once over, as there are multiple endings) as well as how to 100 per cent the game, with all side quests and collectibles along the way.
How Long Does It Take To Complete Cyberpunk 2077's Main Storyline?
Each main storyline ending for Cyberpunk 2077 takes around 20 hours to complete. However, there are multiple endings (five in total, if you count the mystical secret ending) and each of the endings can turn out differently depending on the decisions you make while playing.
This also relies on you basically beaming straight through the game without completing any of the sidequests at all. Some rough speedrun estimates come in at around eight or nine hours, so it is possible to go even faster.
This does put the main storyline quite far behind The Witcher 3 runtime that comes in at around 50 hours.
How Long Does Cyberpunk 2077 Take To Complete For Completionists?
Most of Cyberpunk's Night City is left up to you to explore how you want. There are literally hundreds of side quests, from chasing down rogue AI-driven Taxis to clearing out entire apartment complexes full of bad guys.
As well as the various sidequests, there are also a variety of hidden items and weapons dotted around the world. We've got a list of them here if you're curious.
Considering CDPR has announced that Cyberpunk's DLC will arrive much like The Witcher's, with full story-length additions to the world, you can expect this runtime to hit closer to 70 or 90 hours.
