How To Surrender In Pokemon Unite
There are a few conditions that need to be met to surrender in Pokemon Unite. First of all, you need to be in your base to do so. Also, you're not able to surrender until at least five minutes have elapsed – you can't just surrender 30 seconds in because somebody else picked the Pokemon you wanted.
If more than five minutes have passed, you can either die and respawn at your base or simply press down on the D-pad to teleport back there. Once you're here, here's what you need to do to access the surrender option:
- Press '+' to bring up the scoring menu.
- Press '-' to access the settings.
- Press X to select the surrender option.
From here, your team will be given the option to vote to surrender. If the majority of them do, you will surrender the game, causing it to end early. However, if your team don't vote to surrender, you can't just spam the option to annoy them into doing so. You only have three uses of the surrender option in any given match, at which point you will no longer be able to put it to a vote.
