It’s always exciting when new technology arrives in the world of gaming. New tech allows gamers to push the limits of their favorite games and allows content creators to more reliably do what they love. Today Intel is happy to unveil, at Intel Innovation, the 13th Generation of Intel Core Processors. A press release provides details on what’s next for the Intel family.
Led by the launch of the Intel Core ’K’ processors, the 13th gen of Processors is boasting some impressive feats. Consisting of 22 processors and more than 125 partner system designs, the new processors aim to provide the fastest desktop processors in history. Additionally, the new Core i9-13900K includes up to 5.8 GHz and 15% better single-thread performance. Of course this means it can pump out high frame-rates and an improved gaming experience. Additionally with up to 41% better multi-threaded performance, the 13th generation of processors can handle multi-tasking better than ever. This means content creators, like streamers, will have improved performance.
“We are raising the standards of PC performance once again,” Says Michelle Johnston Holthaus, executive vice president and general manager of the Client Computing Group at Intel, “The 13th Gen Intel Core family is the latest example of how Intel is enabling amazing experiences to happen on the PC.”
