Switch games don’t get discounts often so you’ll definitely want to check out the latest voucher code available at Currys that knocks £5 off loads of top Nintendo Switch games.
With the vast majority of their Switch games priced up at £40, this will bring them down to the slightly more palatable price of £35. Of course, as it’s the Switch, we’re not dealing with massive reductions here. But, it does drop some first-party Nintendo games to some of their best prices so far.
I’ve gathered together the full list of games that are down to £34.99 below. All you’ve got to do is enter the code ‘FNDDGAME’ at the last stage of the checkout to get these prices. Strangely, the offer description doesn’t explicitly say that you’ll get a fiver off (just free next day shipping) but the discount is applied anyway. We’ll take it!
- Super Mario Odyssey
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Luigi’s Mansion 3
- Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition
- Pokémon Sword
- Pokémon Shield
- Super Mario Maker 2
- Super Mario Party
- Pokémon Let’s Go: Pikachu
- Pokémon Let’s Go: Eevee
- Splatoon 2
- Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020
- Kirby Star Allies
- Yoshi’s Crafted World
- Pokken Tournament DX
- Mario Tennis Aces
If nothing there takes your fancy, the code can also be applied to a handful of other Switch games – as well as the odd PS4 or Xbox One game – for some decent savings. There’s The Last of Us Part 2 and Ghost of Tsushima for £44.99, though you can currently get the former at Amazon UK for £42.99 instead.
Meanwhile, some of those eligible Switch games include Link’s Awakening and Astral Chain, while you can also find Paper Mario: The Origami King for £40 – the same price it dropped to when Currys ran a pre-order offer last week.
- The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening £31.99
- Astral Chain for £31.99
- Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX for £31.99
- Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 for £32.99
- New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe for £36.99
- Animal Crossing New Horizons for £37.99
- Paper Mario: The Origami King for £39.99
- The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition for £39.99
There doesn’t appear to be an expiry date on the voucher so you’ve probably got a bit of time to think about it if needed.
Remember, there’s more Switch news expected later today in a mini Nintendo Direct. It’s not going to feature anything on this year’s Mario 35th anniversary celebrations, but you’ll get another look at some previously-announced games from other developers and publishers.
