Comes in Black and White
If you have not seen Black Widow, I think you should. It’s pretty sweet. It came out earlier this month in theaters and on Disney+, and in keeping up with they Black Widow hype, the gaming chair and accessory producer, Anda Seat is holding a poll to let fans decide which style they make their Black Widow gaming chair in.
Just like Natasha Romanov’s costumes in the movie, the chairs can come in white or in black. Right now, Anda Seat is polling users’ preference by letting them vote on which color will join their collection of Marvel gaming chairs. There are currently chair designs inspired by Iron Man, Captain America, Ant Man and Spider-Man.
While the Black Widow film is still riding the wave of popularity, this contest does come at a time where Black Widow and MCU star, Scarlet Johansson and Disney are in the midst of a legal battle concerning the release of the movie.
Johansson alleges that Disney violated her contract with a simultaneous theatrical and streaming release. Part of her pay depends on the movie’s box office performance, which is being undercut by the Disney+ release.
By voting in the chair poll on Anda Seat’s website, you can enter a draw to win a free chair and get alerts for discounts on other chairs. The black Black Widow chair is currently dominating in popularity over the white one. The polling closes on August 27th.
In other Black Widow news, Marvel’s Avengers has released a white Black Widow costume in celebration of the film’s release. Black Widow is out in theaters and on Disney+.
