Pure Pool Hits The Corner Pocket Next Week

VooFoo Studios and Ripstone Games have heard the cries of billiards fans around the globe who have been craving a properly grand billiards game on Nintendo Switch. The duo have returned with Pure Pool, a simulation game that brings a mix of stunning presentation and authentic physics to the table. Give it a look:

Here’s a bit more about what Pure Pool has to offer:

  • Competitive modes including American 8-Ball, 9-Ball, Blackball and Killer
  • Online and offline multiplayer
  • Tackle leaderboards for games like Speed Pot, Checkpoint and Royal Rumble
  • Campaign Mode lets you play your way to the top of the championships in 8-Ball, 9-Ball, Blackball and Snooker.
  • Over 480 events as you duel a range of Amateur, Pro, and Master AI opponents and collect stars for completing extra challenges
  • Choose between touch-screen controls, classic twin-stick Joy-Con controls, Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, and dual Joy-Con support

There’s also the chance to play offline against an online friend’s “DNA,” which sounds to be an AI competitor based on an approximation of their skills/play style—interesting! Pure Pool hits the Switch eShop on November 17. Will you be giving it a (pardon the pun) shot? Call your pocket in the comments and on social media!
