NEO: The World Ends With You – Where to Look for ‘a Yellow Building’s Entrance’

NEO: The World Ends With You is a stylish adventure through the streets of a popular Tokyo city district. The story unfolds over the days and weeks during which the morbid Reapers' Game takes place. On Day 4 of NEO: The World Ends With You, players will have to solve a series of strange riddles and piece together the number for Ryoji's direct line. For one riddle, gamers will need to know where to look for "a yellow building's entrance" in NEO: The World Ends With You.

While players may have a clear objective of meeting Ryoji on Day 4 of the game, there are some optional tasks that can be completed as well. In typical RPG fashion, various side quests become available as the player progresses through the story. There are three different side quests that can be done on Day 4, including the Quiz or No Quiz quest that will test any gamer's general knowledge. When players are ready to get back on track, they should search for the QR code stickers scattered around town.

The riddles that bar Rindo and his team from learning Ryoji's number will be given upon finding QR code stickers. Some of the riddles are extremely quirky, such as one that requires the player to look for a dog's backside. When the time comes to look for a yellow building's entrance, players should head over to the Tower Records Shibuya area.

The layout of the city in NEO: The World Ends With You is based directly on the real-world Shibuya district. As it happens, the yellow building that gamers need to find for this riddle is also a real and very prominent location. The place in question is the Tower Records building itself. It is located all the way up the street and is marked on the map with a green shopping icon. Once players check the yellow-colored gridiron entrance, they will have to answer a single question to earn the clue.

The question presented after scanning the Tower Records barcode is surprisingly simple. By this point, players have had to look for sinful ramen and complete several other menial tasks all just to find one elusive individual. Anyone who has been paying attention will know that the answer is Ryoji.

With another riddle solved, players will be one step closer to contacting the mysterious Ryoji. Exploration and problem-solving are standard fare in The World Ends With You, so fans can expect similar challenges to await them further on in the game. Action fans shouldn't worry though – there's plenty of battling ahead too.

NEO: The World Ends With You is available now for PS4 and Switch. A PC version is currently in development.
