The Pokemon Company has released a new trailer for the upcoming game New Pokemon Snap! Explore the beautiful region of Lental, a series of islands with various environments including jungle and deserts, as you search out pokemon to photograph. Assist professor Mirror by conducting ecological surveys from the safety of your pod, the NEO-ONE. Fill your photodex with each pokemon and receive ratings on the quality of your photos.
New Pokemon Snap is currently available for pre-order and will release April 30.
The original Pokemon Snap was released over twenty years ago and fans of the game have long awaited a new release. In the original game, players could throw apples to coax Pokemon out into the open, a feature that seems to be returning in New Pokemon Snap. A new feature shown in the trailer is the mystery of Illumina pokemon. Illumina pokemon are pokemon with a special glow and are only found in the Lental region. Explore Lental from your NEO-ONE to uncover the truth behind their unusual appearance.
