The latest Nintendo Download update for North America has arrived, and it’s bringing new games galore to the eShop in your region. As always, be sure to drop a vote in our poll and comment down below with your potential picks for the week. Enjoy!

Switch eShop – Highlights

DEEEER Simulator: Your Average Everyday Deer Game (25th Nov, $19.99) – Take on the role of your average, everyday deer and use your stretchy neck, your stabby horns and everything a deer has in its arsenal to tear through the city. Frolic and play with the other animals or decimate the city till there’s nothing left in this “slow-life town destruction game.”

Little Bug (26th Nov, $12.99) – Step into an adventurous story about a young city girl named Nyah, who becomes trapped in a dangerous fantasy world, where evil pink spirits lurk in canyons, ice caves and moonlit deserts. Nyah is a curious little eight-year-old girl with a great imagination, when suddenly she is dropped into a dark, hostile world while walking home from school. Explore an atmospheric, dreamlike fantasy world and try to get to the hard-to-reach spots with the help of your bright friend. Collect items with fragments of Nyah’s life in her lunchbox and piece together her story. Little Bug will be available on Nov. 26.

#1 Sudokus (25th Nov, $3.99) – After dealing with lots of words in #1 Crosswords and #1 Anagrams in Eclipse Games we thought it was time to start with numbers, so we’ve decided to do some Sudoku puzzles! In #1 Sudokus you’ll find a story mode with over 240 sudokus to solve on increasing difficulty levels. On top of that you can play the daily sudoku, which is going to be the same for everyone in the world and will change every day. Finally you can also play random sudokus of various difficulties. If you like sudokus, #1 Sudokus is the game for you and the last one you’ll need to satiate your sudoku apetites!

Airport Simulator: Day & Night (18th Nov, $34.99) – With departures, arrivals and the continuous hustle and bustle of passengers, there is rarely an opportunity for a break. In Airport Simulator: Day & Night, your challenge is to keep the wheel turning and ensure that everything in the airport runs smoothly around the clock.

Aliens Strike (25th Nov, $4.99) – Aliens Strike is the heir to the arcade classics, all captured with great graphics. This action-packed game will keep you tied to the couch, since it has all the elements that make a good shmup: huge lasers, big explosions and terrifying bosses. Aliens Strike is not a shmup like the others. The scenery and great effects will take your breath away. The gameplay, progression system and collectibles will keep you on your toes. You’ll want more! Fortunately, you have hours of intense fun ahead of you. . . .

All in Casino Girls (19th Nov, $4.99) – Hit jackpots and increase your prestige to unlock new games. Get the ladies’ attention, and eventually make it to the top of the millionaire list!

Arcade Archives RAIMAIS (18th Nov, $7.99) – “RAIMAIS” is an action game released by TAITO in 1988. Drive the “ORGANIZER” through different stages of the labyrinth to rescue your captured brother. The ending will change depending on what items you get and how you get through the labyrinths, so try out different patterns. The “Arcade Archives” series has faithfully reproduced many classic Arcade masterpieces. Players can change various game settings such as game difficulty, and also reproduce the atmosphere of arcade display settings at that time. Players can also compete against each other from all over the world with their high scores. Please enjoy the masterpiece that built a generation for video games. *This game uses the Japanese ROM for the main part of the game. The options menu and manual are available in Japanese, English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.

Asterix & Obelix: Slap them All! (Microids, 2nd Dec, $29.99) – The year is 50 B.C. Gaul is entirely occupied by the Romans. Well, not entirely… One small village of indomitable Gauls still holds out against the invaders. Everything is falling apart! Our two heroes will travel all around the world to fight the Roman Empire in a 2D horizontal scrolling Beat Them Up game, completely hand-drawn and made in the purest tradition of the genre.

Dead Effect 2 (BatFields, 18th Nov, $19.99) – This action sci-fi shooter is looking to push the boundaries of first-person shooters to new levels with slick graphics, rich narrative and RPG elements. Train, develop your character, collect and upgrade countless weapons, gear and body implants and take control of the monster-infested ship. The story will take you back to the ESS Meridian, right to where the original plot ended. However, you are not meant to take a rest; something is brewing deep within the recesses of the spaceship. It is much more dangerous than a horde of the undead – it is threatening to enslave your mind and bend it to its will. Are you going to fight back?

Doctor Who: The Edge of Reality (25th Nov, $24.99) – Experience an unforgettable adventure in space and time. Explore new worlds, face your enemies and join two Doctors on an epic quest to save the universe! Wield the sonic screwdriver as you join the Thirteenth Doctor (voiced by Jodie Whittaker) on a quest to save the universe, and meet the Tenth Doctor along the way (voiced by David Tennant in a guest appearance).

DoDonPachi Resurrection (25th Nov, $19.99) – ■ Story: Six years after the battle in Lunapolis was over . . . The Moon-based “DonPachi” headquarters sensed a turbulence in space-time. As a result of their investigation, it was found that it was due to a large amount of material transfer to the past. The culprit was Exy, an element doll. She would have been abandoned in a runaway battle six years ago. The battle between Axie, who plans to rewrite history, and the DonPachi army, which tries to prevent it, begins. It will be set in Japan in May 2008. The world is once again engulfed in war. The bee’s feather sound hasn’t stopped yet! ■ A battle system full of exhilaration Select one of the three models that are characterized by their movement speed and shot type, and sortie. Farmquest (27th Nov, $9.99) – Everything on Joe’s farm is in chaos. Everything urgently needs to be put back in order here. Help Joe find important objects and hidden treasures on his farm. Who doesn’t love them? The small and detailed hidden object pictures that challenge children to find certain items. They have been proven to promote children’s perception and language progression. Farmquest can be played by children of any age. Thanks to the voice output, even toddlers are able to explore the hidden object pictures on their own. They do not need to be able to read to have a sense of achievement. Concentration and attentiveness are taught in a playful way. Incidentally, a study conducted by the Singapore Technological University proved the fact that hidden object games increase the understanding of spatial perception in memory. In addition, visual search skills were noticeably improved. The game can also be used to support language learning.

Grow: Song of The Evertree (16th Nov, $24.99) – Grow your own worlds and nurture a deep natural connection with everything they hold. See your actions change the world for better! Night Lights (26th Nov, $4.99) – The world is different at night. Take on the role of a tiny robot and embark on an adventure to illuminate a darkened planet.
