S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl Teaser Trailer Released

The team at GSC Game World have released a new teaser trailer for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl which features nearly three minutes of cinematic action. Although the game isn’t out yet, the trailer is a good indication that the team is still hard at work.

The latest teaser trailer for the next-gen open world action RPG takes players deep into the mysterious “The Zone” – a 64 km2 radioactive zone where anomalies and mutants lie in wait. The trailer is also the first to show off the game’s dazzling array of mechanics. For example, the title’s A-Life 2.0 life-simulation system is a boon, allowing players to hone their skills.

As you may know, the title’s developer is based in Ukraine, where the aforementioned Russian invasion has posed a significant threat. However, the company is still committed to the 2023 release window, even if the name of the game is to make the move to Xbox Series X and S. If all goes well, this new Stalker will hit the Xbox store and other outlets in the nick of time. And while the company is still working to a tight schedule, the new trailer is a promising sign of things to come.
