SNK Corporation and Koch Media have announced their partnership to launch The King of Fighters XV; along with its launch platforms.
Despite many prior trailers for the game, the launch platforms for The King of Fighters XV had not yet been announced. However, Koch Media and SNK Corporation‘s announcements have now confirmed these platforms alongside the previously announced release date.
The King of Fighters XV launches Q1 2022 on Windows PC (via the Epic Games Store, and Steam), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
We may get more details on the game during this year’s EVO 2021 Online, acquired by Sony Interactive Entertainment in March of this year. As that tournament will run in August 2021, it is unlikely we’ll see the game playable at that time. In recent news, the Evo Community Series’ PlayStation 4 Tournaments were also announced.
