Star Wars:The Old Republic Legacy of The Sith Expansion Coming Soon

Star Wars: The Old Republic is a long-standing MMORPG based in the Star Wars universe that released a decade ago in 2011. Bioware along with Electronic Arts took players on a journey through the Star Wars universe in the MMO and since its release, there has been consistent content and expansions released for the game. Today, during a livestream with the development team, it was announced that Star Wars: The Old Republic’s upcoming expansion, Legacy of the Sith, would be releasing on December 14th, 2021.

The developers in the Legacy of the Sith will continue to build upon the Star Wars storyline and dynamic tales as players are sent to the frontlines of battle to uncover the plan of renegade Sith, Darth Malgus. Besides the new story content and challenging missions, the expansion will introduce a ton of new features that will improve upon the player experience. These include Combat Styles, other quality of life choices and more.

As Star Wars: The Old Republic hits ten years old, the developers will have much more to celebrate and fans can expect more content over the upcoming year including story updates, a PVP system revamp, a new Flashpoint, Galactic Seasons and visual improvements.
