GameCentral ties up its coverage of this year’s Game Awards, which has seen Sega rise from its grave and Xbox get its own Marvel exclusive.

Some years, The Game Awards can include industry changing announcements, like the time they unveiled the Xbox Series X, and other times they can be a bit of a wet squib. This year’s show was neither, but we’d say overall it was above average, with lots of interesting games – both big and small.

There might not have been any shock news but Xbox and Sony both put on at least a minimal effort and there were major announcements from Capcom, Hideo Kojima, and, surprisingly, Sega.

Below is everything that caught our eye but if you’ve got three hours or so to spare you can watch the whole thing yourself, via the video at the bottom of this page.
