Theatrhythm Final Bar Line Nintendo Switch Release Date Confirmed

Theatrhythm has a new entry coming called Final Bar Line. Theatrhythm Final Bar Line was announced during today’s Nintendo Direct as a Nintendo Switch title but will also be released on PS4. The base game will feature 385 songs and 104 characters from the Final Fantasy series. Players will be able to create an RPG party that will battle against enemies as players push buttons in time for the music.

Revealed as part of today’s Nintendo Direct, the Theatrhythm Final Bar Line will be available from February 16, 2023. It will feature 385 tracks from across the Final Fantasy series, including classics like Final Fantasy 7’s One-Winged Angel and Final Fantasy XIV’s Torn from the Heavens. Upon release, additional 90 songs can be found in the DLC, which will also include songs from other series, such as Nier, Octopath Traveler, and Live A Live.

Purchasing the Digital Deluxe version gives you a total of 442 tracks, via 27 additional special tracks and the DLC Season Pass 1, while the Premium Deluxe version contains a total of 502 tracks which are those same 27 special tracks plus all DLC Season Passes.

In addition to the classic Theatrhythm mode, Final Bar Line will also feature multiplayer. In local co-op, two players can complete stages “pair-style”, while competitive online multiplayer allows four players to battle to the beat in online “multi-battles”

Theatrhythm Final Bar Line will release for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on February 16th, 2023.
