Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection’s PS5 Launch Trailer Is Out Now
The launch trailer for Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection is out now. In addition to this preview, fans now also know when the game is launching on PS5 consoles.
“Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection launches January 28th for the PlayStation 5 console,” Naughty Dog’s Senior Manager of Communications Rochelle Snyder revealed. “We could not be more excited to begin the adventures anew!”
The Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will not only have one standalone adventure. As confirmed by Snyder, it is going to feature two. “It has been an incredible journey remastering Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy,” she continued. “We hope you have an awesome experience in your own adventure at home.”
Both of the remastered versions will “leverage PS5 and DualSEnse wireless controller features.” It will also have some graphical updates “to make the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection feel truly cinematic and blockbuster in scope.”
“We have come a long way since we first unleashed Drake, Chloe, and their cohorts into the world,” Snyder added. “We are thrilled that our foray into harnessing what the PS5 has to offer are these two single player adventures in one titular collection.”
As mentioned earlier, the collection will be available to PS5 users on January 28th. The collection’s PC version will be out later this year. The PS5 version, both physical and digital versions, can be purchased at $49.99. Those who already own Uncharted 4, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy Digital Bundle can upgrade to the PS5 collection for only $10 at launch.
Moreover, fans in the UK, Australia, USA, and New Zealand will be getting a special freebie if they purchase or upgrade to the PS5 collection. They have until February 3rd to do so to get a voucher code. This code is for a one standard ticket to see the upcoming Uncharted blockbuster movie on the big screen.
