The New War is technically already going on. Everything that's been happening in Warframe–The Chimera Prologue, the Jovian Concord, Rising Tide, Erra, Operation Scarlet Spear, The Deadlock Protocol, and more–have all been in preparation for the Sentients' return. Now, three years after the first New War trailer dropped at TennoCon 2018, the day Tenno feared has finally arrived.
Along with everything else coming at the sixth annual TennoCon, Digital Extremes will host an in-game preview event at the TennoCon Relay that showcases The New War, the upcoming expansion that brings war to Sol like never before seen. The Sentients have returned to wipe out all of humanity, and only the Tenno can stand in their way.
“We’ve spent a lot of time talking about The New War on Devstreams and at past TennoCons. We’ve shown cinematics, added in-game messages and lead-ups, and now the wait is over… we are so excited to finally provide some answers and give everyone a small piece of what’s to come with The New War," said Digital Extremes community director Rebecca Ford. "We’re thankful for the patience of our players and we look forward to seeing their reactions to some of our big reveals in the chat."

We don’t know exactly what the preview will be like, but we do know it’ll be interactive and that players from all over the world will team up along with devs from Digital Extremes to take part. Check out the trailer below to see just what you’ll be up against.
In addition to this exclusive New War preview, Digital Extremes also told us of some fabulous free giveaways that are coming with TennoCon. The big one comes during TennoLive, which will award players the Loki Prime Warframe so long as they watch the Twitch stream for 30 minutes. Watch the stream for 30 minutes during any period of TennoCon and receive the Vastilok Gunblade, a Grineer-themed weapon and the first new gunblade to hit Warframe since the Redeemer.
And you'll be able to pick up the Tannukai Longsword skin and Armor set for attending the in-game TennoCon relay during TennoLive. You'll need to be in the Relay at the end of the event, so be sure to stick around.
