WRC 10 Announced, Launches in September

WRC 10

The WRC license might be shifting to Codemasters in a couple of years, but until then, developers Kylotonn have been doing great things with it. Their WRC games have been growing progressively better, to the extent that last year’s WRC 9 was a legitimately great rally racing sim. Now, as promised, publisher Nacon has officially unveiled WRC 10.

The reveal trailer itself is pretty brief, but the headlining additions for this year’s entry have been briefly detailed. WRC 10 will include four new 2021 rallies with Spain, Belgium, Estonia, and Croatia, while six historic rallies are also being introduced, including Germany, Acropolis, Argentina, and San Remo. The game will also feature 120 special tracks, 24 official licensed teams spanning the WRC, WRC2, WRC3, Junior WRC from the 2021 season, and 20 vehicles from Alpine, Audi, Lancia, Subaru, Ford, Mitsubishi, Toyota, and more. Meanwhile, Career Mode will also see new improvements, including the addition of a liveries editor.

WRC 10 launches for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store) on September 2.

Nacon will also be providing an update on Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown in the coming days, so stay tuned for that.
