Microsoft Flight Simulator World Update V: Nordics

Today, Microsoft Flight Simulator receives its fifth major update dedicated to foreign nations.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is still expanding and will do so in the future. Microsoft and Asobo Studio announced today that their next big free upgrade is available now.

Because the modifications will have an impact on a number of foreign nations, starting on June 17, all content from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden will be updated. You may begin preparing your planes to fly over all of these countries from high altitudes.

What’s new?

The airports of Denmark’s Bornholm, Iceland’s Safjordur, Sweden’s Stockholm Arlanda, Norway’s Svalbard, and Finland’s Vaasa will be available in this new update.

This fifth edition also includes five bush treks, one for each Nordic country, that highlight some of the greatest aspects of these places. World Update V offers upgrades to regional architecture, better data for 100 airports, and 78 chosen interest locations, as well as improvements to the detail of large swathes of landscapes.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is now available on Xbox Game Pass for PC, Windows 10, and Steam. It is also coming to Xbox Series X|S on July 27.

All Microsoft Flight Simulator users can download World Update V: Nordics for free. First, make sure your simulator is up to date! If it is, you’ll be able to fly all around the Nordic nations.
