As promised, CD Projekt RED has offered updated PC requirements for Cyberpunk 2077. Not much has changed about playing at 1080p resolution, save for High settings also working with a GeForce GTX 1660 Super or AMD Radeon RX 470. It’s the 1440p/Ultra settings where things get interesting with an Nvidia RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5700XT being necessary.
For 2160p/Ultra, 16 GB of RAM along with an RTX 2080 Super, RTX 3070 or Radeon RX 6800 XT with 8 GB VRAM is necessary. Ray-tracing at 1080p and Medium settings is only slightly less stressful with 16 GB of RAM and an RTX 2060 with 6 GB VRAM required. For 1440p/Ultra settings with ray-tracing enabled, an Intel Core i7-6700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 16 GB of RAM and an RTX 3070 8 GB are mandatory. And if you want to play at 2160p/Ultra with ray-tracing on, then you better have an RTX 3080 10 GB handy.
Regardless of your configuration, 70 GB of hard disc space is required with everything above the absolute minimum mandating a solid state drive. Cyberpunk 2077 is currently slated to release on December 10th for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Google Stadia. Check out some of the newest gameplay here and here.
