Night City has all kinds of things to keep you occupied but sooner or later, you’re going to want to get your hands on some Cyberware. These can provide all kinds of passive and active bonuses. Others bestow new abilities and weapons for massacring your foes.

- Kiroshi Optics MK.1 – Equipped in Ocular slot. Provides vision enhancement.
- Limbic System Enhancement – Equipped in Frontal Cortex slot. Crit chance increased by 15 percent.
- Netwatch Netdriver MK 5 – Equipped in OS slot. Enables quickhacks on enemies and devices while scanning. Can use offensive quickhacks on up to three targets in 6 meter radius (spread distance also increased by 60 percent). Quickhack damage increased by 30 percent. Cyberdeck RAM recovery rate increased by 9 units every 60 seconds.
- Bionic Joints – Equipped in Skeleton slot. Ranged weapon recoil reduced by 12 percent.
- Maneuvering System – Equipped in Nervous System slot. Dodges can be performed in mid-air.
- Adrenaline Booster – Equipped in Circulatory System slot. 10 percent stamina restored on defeating an enemy.
- Reflex Tuner – Equipped in Nervous System slot. When health drops to 25 percent, time is slowed by 60 percent for 2.5 seconds. Has a cooldown of 60 seconds.
- Gorilla Arms – Equipped in Arms slot. Used to force open locked doors and rip off turrets. Stronger melee attacks. Basic attacks help build charge – executing a strong attack deals bonus damage based on charge accumulated.
- Monowire – Equipped in Arms slot. When not equipped, accumulates charge. Attacking deals bonus damage based on the amount of charge. Each subsequent attack reduces charge level and bonus damage.
- Cataresist – Equipped in Immune System slot. All resistances increased by 8 percent.
- Bioconductor – Equipped in Circulatory System slot. All Cyberware cooldowns reduced by 20 percent.
- Bioplastic Blood Vessels – Equipped in Circulatory System slot. Health regen outside of combat is increased by 2 HP per second.
- Biodyne MK 2 – Equipped in OS slot. Enables quickhacks on foes and devices while scanning. Cyberdeck RAM recovery rate increased by 3 units every 60 seconds.
- Militech Paraline – Equipped in OS slot. Enables quickhacks on foes and devices while scanning.
- Ballistic Coprocessor – Equipped in Hands slot. Chance to ricochet shots with Power weapons is increased.
- Titanium Bones – Equipped in Skeleton slot. Carrying capacity increased by 20 percent.
- Smart Link – Equipped in Hands slot. Enables smart-targeting with Smart weapons.
- Tetratonic MK 2 – Equipped in OS slot. Enables quickhacks on foes and devices while scanning while increasing damage dealt by quickhacks. RAM cost for ultimate quickhacks is reduced by one.
- Stephenson Tech MK 3 – Equipped in OS slot. Enables quickhacks on foes and devices while scanning. Reduces cooldown of quickhacks by 45 percent and increases duration of combat quickhacks by 40 percent.
- Visual Cortex Support – Equipped in Frontal Cortex slot. Crit damage increased by 16 percent.
- Heal-on-Kill – Equipped in Frontal Cortex slot. Defeating an enemy restores 3 percent health.
- Militech Berserk MK 5 – Equipped in OS slot. Activates Berserk. Armor and resistances are increased by 15 percent while stamina and health are increased by 40 percent. Weapon recoil is decreased by 15 percent while melee damage is increased by 15 percent. Lasts for 10 seconds and has a 60 second cooldown duration. While active, jump from a high place to land with a shockwave that stuns foes. Also equipped with three mod slots. Restores 5 percent max health on defeating enemies.
- Moore Tech Berserk MK 3 – Equipped in OS slot. Activates Berserk, which lasts for 10 seconds and has a 60 second cooldown. Armor and resistances are increased by 15 percent while health is increased by 20 percent. Weapon recoil reduced by 15 percent while melee damage is increased by 15 percent. Has two mod slots and jumping from a high place creates a shockwave on landing. Restores 2 percent max health on defeating foes.
- Pain Editor – Equipped in Immune System slot. All incoming damage reduced by 10 percent.
- Subdermal Armor – Equipped in Integumentary System slot. Armor increased by 20.
- Microrotors – Equipped in Skeleton slot. Attack speed increased by 5 percent.
- Syn-Lungs – Equipped in Circulatory System slot. Provides 10 percent stamina regeneration.
- Qiant Warp Dancer Sandevistan MK 5 – Equipped in OS slot. Activate to slow time by 10 percent for 8 seconds with a 30 second cooldown. When Sandevistan is active, damage dealt is increased by 15 percent, crit chance is increased by 10 percent and crit damage is increased by 50 percent.
- Militech Falcon Sandevistan MK 5 – Equipped in OS slot. Activate to slow time by 30 percent for 18 seconds. Has a cooldown of 60 seconds. While active, gain 15 percent increased damage, 20 percent increased crit chance and 35 percent increased crit damage. Has three mod slots.
- Tetratonic Rippler MK 4 – Equipped in OS slot. Enables quickhacks on foes and devices while scanning. Ultimate quickhacks will spread once. Cost of Ultimate quickhacks reduced by 3. Quickhack upload time reduced by 75 percent while quickhack cooldown is reduced by 45 percent.
- Microvibration Generator – Equipped in Skeleton slot. Melee weapon damage increased by 10 percent.
- Arasaka MK 3 – Equipped in OS slot. Enables quickhacks on foes and devices while scanning. Covert quickhack RAM cost decreased by 1 while combat quickhack duration is increased by 30 percent. If you quickhack an enemy affected by Ping, then the overall duration of Ping will be reset.
- Metabolic Editor – Equipped in Immune System slot. Being poisoned will now regen health instead of suffering damage.
- Nanorelays – Equipped in Nervous System slot. Sandevistan and Kerenzikov duration is increased by 1 second.
- Feedback Circuit – Equipped in Circulatory System slot. Restores 3 percent health after firing a fully charged weapon.
- Camillo RAM Manager – Equipped in Frontal Cortex slot. If Cyberdeck RAM hits 2, 20 percent is freed every 4 minutes.
- Shock-n-Awe – Equipped in Immune System slot. Taking damage has 2 percent chance of releasing an electroshock that damages nearby enemies
- Synaptic Accelerator – Equipped in Nervous System slot. When detected by enemies, time is sowed by 25 percent every 2 seconds. Has a 60 second cooldown.
- Biomonitor – Equipped in Circulatory System slot. When health drops to 15 percent, restore 30 percent every 240 seconds.
- Inductor – Equipped in Immune System slot. Shock or EMP causes your armor to increase by 50 percent.
- Second Heart – Equipped in Circulatory System slot. When all health is depleted, instantly restores 100 percent every two minutes.
- Mantis Blade – Equipped in Arms slot. Enables use of dual arm blades which can inflict bleeding and dismember goes. Holding down strong attack allows for leaping on foes.
- Blood Pump – Equipped in Circulatory System slot. When activated, restores 50 percent health. Has a 180 second cooldown.
- Dynalar Sandevistan MK. 4 – Equipped in OS slot. Slows time by 25 percent for 16 seconds. Has a cooldown of 30 seconds. Legendary version also increased damage and critical chance by 15 percent when Sandevistan is enabled.
- Projectile Launch System – Equipped in Arms slot. Turns V’s arm into an explosive launcher. Projectiles cause massive amounts of damage and can be charged.
- Reinforced Tendons – Equipped in Legs slot. Enables double jump.
- Fortified Ankles – Equipped in Legs slot. Hold the jump button and then release to jump much higher.
- Zetatech Sandevistan MK 1 – Equipped in OS slot. Slows down time for 8 seconds when activated. Has a cooldown of 30 seconds. Crit chance is also increased by 10 percent when Sandevistan is active.
- Biodyne Berserk MK 4 – Equipped in OS slot. Enables use of Berserk which increases strength and resilience, reduces weapon recoil by 25 percent and increases melee damage by 25 percent. Armor and resistances are increased by 5 percent while ranged attack damage is increased by 20 percent. Enemies killed while Berserk is active restore 4 percent max health. Landing from a great height generates a shockwave that damages surrounding foes. Berserk lasts for five seconds and has a 30 second cooldown.
- Kerenzikov – Equipped in Nervous System slot. Enables aiming and shooting while dodging. When blocking, attacking or aiming during dodges or slides, time is slowed by 50 percent for 1.5 seconds (with a 5 second cooldown).
- Memory Boost – Equipped in Frontal Cortex slot. Recover one Cyberdeck RAM unit on defeating an enemy.
- Microgenerator – Equipped in Circulatory System slot. Releases an electroshock when health falls below 15 percent. Damage dealt is equivalent to 20 percent of enemy’s max HP.
- Self-Ice – Equipped in Frontal Cortex slot. Enemy quickhack effects are negated every 45 seconds.
- Mechatronic Core – Equipped in Frontal Cortex slot. Damage to robots, drones and mechs is increased by 30 percent.
- Ex-Disk – Equipped in Frontal Cortex slot. Cyberdeck max RAM is increased by 1.
- Bionic Lungs – Equipped in Skeleton slot. Stamina increased by 20 percent.
- Dense Marrow – Equipped in Skeleton slot. Stamina cost of melee attacks increased by 10 percent while melee weapon damage is increased by 15 percent.
- Lynx Paws – Equipped in Legs slot. Movement is more quiet.
- Detoxifier – Equipped in Immune System slot. Grants poison immunity.
- RAM Upgrade – Equipped in Frontal Cortex slot. Cyberdeck RAM recovery rate is increased by 0.05 units per second.
- Tyrosine Injector – Equipped in Circulatory slot. Breach time increased by 100 percent.
- Grounding Plating – Equipped in Integumentary slot. Provides shock immunity.
- Seocho Electronics MK. 1 – Equipped in OS slot. RAM cost for covert quickhacks decreased by 1.
- Fuyutsui Electronics MK 1 – Equipped in OS slot. Enables quickhacks on foes and devices while scanning.
- Synaptic Signal Optimizer – Equipped in Skeleton slot. Health increased by 20 percent.
- Qiant Sandevistan MK 4 – Equipped in OS slot. Activate to slow down time by 25 percent for 12 seconds. Has a cooldown time of 15 seconds. While Sandevistan is active, damage dealt and crit chance are increased by 15 percent.
