Starting today, Torchlight II is free at Epic Games Store. The free game offer runs until July 23 at 11 AM Eastern. Once you claim it, it’s yours to keep.
Torchlight II comes from developer Runic Games. It is described as being “filled to the brim with randomized levels, enemies, and loot.” The game “expands the world and adds features players wanted most, including online and LAN multiplayer.”
How to claim your free copy
First of all, you need to register for a free Epic Games Store account. Once you are registered and logged in, visit the homepage of the store and select the game under the free titles. This redirects you to the game’s product page. From there, click “Get” and claim the game.
My Take
Torchlight II has been out for a while. But if you’re into co-op action RPGs, it’s still worth checking out.
