A surprise cameo from Christopher Lloyd, Doc Brown from the Back to the Future series, provided us with a quick look at Surgeon Simulator 2. I’ll be honest, it took me a while to work out what they were teasing. Lloyd’s mad scientist alias was an entertaining pretext for details on the sequel to the surgical simulation released by Bossa Studios in 2013.
