Following the Monster Hunter Rise Event last Friday, a limited time demo was released on the eShop. Along with a chance to try out the game early, those who download the demo will unlock an extra item pack when purchasing the full release. The game is set to launch March 26, 2021.
The demo allows players to try out two new gameplay mechanics, the Palamute and the Wirebug. The Palamute is a new animal companion that will assist you in battle and that you can ride. while the Wirebug is a tool similar to a grappling hook that lets players swing around the map. The demo includes four quests, two tutorials, and two hunts. The demo can be played on your own or with up to four players online. Call a friend and try it out today!
