It’s been said before by many a fan, but—Japan always gets the cool stuff. When it comes to Nintendo, at the very least. The country is primed for the impending launch of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury this Friday, and in celebration of the game’s release Nintendo has partnered with snack and drink giant 7-Eleven. To what end? To produce a lineup of food items to make the rest of the world jealous, apparently.
There are six items in total on the menu—here’s a look at each!
Fire Flower Flame Curry Bun
Pineapple Super Star
Princess Peach Dolce
Bowser Fired Chicken & Chili Sauce Sandwich
Yoshi Melonpan (Custard and Whipped Cream Bun)
Mario Croquette
Sadly, it doesn’t appear that any sort of similar collaboration is coming between Nintendo and 7-Eleven beyond Japan, so fans will have to (yet again) look on with perhaps just a pinch of jealousy. What do you think of the food on offer? Tell us below and on social media!
