Originally scheduled to arrive on August 10, Blue Box Game Studios' Realtime Experience has been indefinitely delayed. The team states it ran into "multiple engine issues" at the last minute and has spent the following days trying to fix the problems.
Blue Box Game Studios has not given a revised timeline for the Realtime Experience's arrival, however, it did release a statement assuring everyone that the studio is "100% real" and is working on a "passionate game [it] believes in."

In a since delayed tweet, Blue Box announced it wouldn't be delaying the patch to a specific date but would release the Realtime Experience as soon as it has resolved the issues. That statement was made on August 11.
Despite long-winded rumors, Blue Box has no official relationship with Kojima, Silent Hill, or any other franchise. The studio is a small one, composed of a handful of developers. Blue Box has had similar issues launching games in the past – with one Kickstarter project garnering $205 before getting canceled in 2015.
According to Blue Box, the title was fully funded by a private investor, although the title is yet to be released. Coincidentally, the title of Rewind's first chapter is Abandoned – and it didn't take long for some to draw the conclusion that Blue Box Game Studios' upcoming title is simply a rework of the 2015 project.
No one is quite certain what the Realtime Experience truly is, although Blue Box previously announced it'll feature multiple trailers, gameplay demonstrations, and future live events. How it'll all come together remains to be seen.
At any rate, Abandon's Realtime Experience has been delayed indefinitely. The team is fairly active on Twitter, so expect to hear more about its arrival in the coming days – or weeks.
