Cyberpunk 2077: Glitches and Exploits for Update 1.3

CD Projekt RED may have ironed out many mischievous exploits in Cyberpunk 2077's latest patches, as well as indirectly implementing some new bugs in the process. But as luck would have it, among the teleporting supercars and the hilarious unlimited clone NPC army glitch, a couple of lucrative exploits, including an infinite cash venture, have remained entirely unscathed.

After months of nothing because of the pandemic forcing developers to work remotely, the role-playing action game has surprisingly received yet another big update that should comfort gamers who were dissatisfied with Cyberpunk 2077's 1.2 patches. Patch 1.3 is available now, and although the update size varies between platforms, the following exploits do not, as everything listed can be achieved by anyone, no matter the gaming system.

The Invincibility Exploit – "Send In The Clowns"

Obtainable in one of the best Cyberpunk 2077missions, "Send In The Clowns," this simple cheat opens up an entire plethora of tricks and mayhem for the player to unleash. For the uninitiated, the side-mission asks V to escort Ozob Bozo in a limousine to Little China. But when players make it to the stage where two locked and loaded bandits can be seen resting, crash into the stall they are taking refuge behind to aggravate them.

Once V has their attention, put the pedal to the metal and burn rubber all the way to thedrop-off location in Little China, a town stacked with hidden loot and gems. However, before permitting Ozob out of the vehicle, wait for the ensuing enemies to catch up close, then trigger the cutscene.

During this cinematic event, V will be in a passive state of invincibility. Yet, having the tailing enemies attack the player during the cutscene will snap V from his idle situation, allowing the cybernetic killer to exit the vehicle. On foot, simply run out of Little China to fail the mission. Now, in free roam, V can take as much damage the environment can inflict without losing a drop of health.

Play As Johnny Silverhand – "Never Fade Away"

It may not be profitable, but it remains the most fun exploit in all of Cyberpunk 2077. This cheat empowers players to escape a flashback and enter Night City to freely explore as Keanu Reeves, just with longer hair, an overpowered hand cannon, and a brutal metal arm.

In the mission, "Never Fade Away," a section forces Johnny Silverhand into an elevator to escape the attacking Arasaka agent's gunfire. Once the elevator doors grind open on the designated floor, sprint past all the enemies without killing any of them.

At the end of the mission area, there are dumpsters stacked before a barbed-wire fence. To enter Night City, scale the mounds of trash, hop the fence, then instantly dash right up the large flight of stairs towards freedom.

The Infinite Money Exploit – "I Walk The Line"

This exploit is fairly complicated and easy to mess up, and players will only get one chance to pull it off during the game's story. With that said, it undoubtedly has the highest payouts compared to previous over-powered Cyberpunk 2077 money glitches. To start, players will need to progress to the sixteenth main-story mission, "I Walk The Line." This action-packed quest sees V infiltrating the Pacifica mall to kill a Netrunner. Although along the way, an opportunity for a devilish exploit arises that can be misused for infinite money.

To find the Sasquatch, advance to the "reach the van" mission point. After jacking into the van's computer systems, Placide, who serves as the level's taskmaster, will instruct players to head over to the cinema to find the agent. But, before entering the cinema, stop and save the game.

Cyberpunk 2077 has hundreds of unique weapons for players to take control of, and for this fight, it is best to equip a powerful melee weapon because trying to take on the Sasquatch with a gun will only leave players out of ammo and with a medical bill to pay, as she is one tough bullet sponge to kill. When dealing with the Sasquatch, aim to destroy the neon-glowing battery pack strapped onto her back; this will put an end to her regenerating health.

Once Cyberpunk 2077's very own Sasquatch is defeated and left in a demobilized state, Placide will present V with the verbal go-ahead to rub her out. However, do not execute her just yet. Quickly save the game again, then kill the Sasquatch to earn the $15,000 bounty on her head.

Immediately after the gruesome deed has been undertaken, load the recent save to reverse the Sasquatch back to her inanimate position. Killing her now will grant the player another $15,000. To earn any more additional cash, just save the game again, load the file, and repeat the process until the heart's content.

Cyberpunk 2077 is available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
