CDPR President Reassures Fans That Cyberpunk 2077 “Will Be a Very Good Game”
Cyberpunk 2077 devs have already given the game just about thousands of bug fixes since the game was launched. Today, the game is rather popular on Steam despite its issues.
Cyberpunk 2077 is currently selling for half of its original price. From its original price of $60, it is now down to $30. Even though the gaming community is aware about the game being problematic, to say the least, people are jumping to get it.
Adam Kicinski, the President of CD Projekt Red, reassured Cyberpunk 2077 fans that the game will eventually be regarded as a success. After all, they are marketing the game as their “biggest and definitely the most complicated project.”
“In almost every aspect, we tried to take it a step further, just as we have done with every Witcher game we have released,” Kicinski stated. “We are proud of many aspects of the game.”
“But, as we know, not everything went our way,” he added. “We are working on updates all the time, and we are also working on a version for the latest generation of consoles.”
Despite its rocky start, loyal Cyberpunk 2077 fans still have nothing but support for the game. In fact, the game has received an increase in its positive reviews on Steam. “Last days, Cyberpunk 2077 received a flood of very positive reviews on Steam from the new players,” Quest Director Pawel Sasko wrote on social media. “You cannot imagine what it means to me.”
“We believe that, in the long run, Cyberpunk 2077 will be perceived as a very good game,” Kicinski continued. “And, like our other titles, it will sell for years.”
“The brand awareness of Cyberpunk that we have managed to build is huge,” Kicinski added. “The game universe, its characters, and details have fans all over the world.”
