It feels like we’ve been waiting 10,000 years, but the moment finally came today: the price and launch date for Sony’s PS5 is finally here. It sure has been a wait, but this November you’ll be able to get a either a disc or digital edition for $499 or $399, respectively. However, it seemed for whatever reason that Sony wasn’t super clear on what you can actually pick up game wise on said date, and they have clarified since.
In the official blog post, we got details on which titles will be launching with the PS5 from Sony themselves. They are Demon’s Souls, Sackboy: A Big Adventure, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Destruction All Stars and Astro’s Playroom. The only one that had been confirmed before the showcase today was Astro’s Playroom, as it is a pre-installed title in every PS5. Oddly, Sackboy and Destruction All Stars weren’t even at today’s showcase despite being launch titles.
You’ll be able to pick up all of the above mentioned titles alongside a PS5 on November 12th in select regions and 19th worldwide.
