It’s the final Xur visit until Destiny 2: Beyond Light launches tomorrow. The Exotic vendor is currently at Giant’s Scar on Io, a location which will be going into the Destiny Content Vault. You’ll need to hurry, especially with servers going down for maintenance later today.
The Exotic weapon this week is Fighting Lion, an energy grenade launcher whose projectiles bounce off surfaces and deal more damage to enemy shields with direct hits. Killing enemies damaged by grenades will refill the magazine and drop primary weapon ammo. A strange weapon, to be sure, but worth trying at 29 Legendary Shards.
Exotic armor this week include Wormhusk Crown (Hunter helm), Actium War Rig (Titan chest) and Promethium Spur (Warlock boots), for 23 Legendary Shards. The first two have been covered extensively with Actium War Rig being very good with weapons like Xenophage. However, Promethium Spur is relatively less common and causes Healing or Empowering Rifts to appear on foes slain with Daybreak.
Maintenance begins today at 7 PM PST so pick up your Exotics now before it’s too late. Destiny 2: Beyond Light launches tomorrow for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Google Stadia with its Xbox Series X/S and PS5 versions out in December.
