Hidden Path Entertainment has revealed plans to create an open world Dungeons & Dragons game in a recent tweet.
The tweet from Hidden Path Entertainment which was meant to be a hiring call for their latest project, also announced that the project would be an open world game set inside Dungeons & Dragons.
The upcoming open world RPG will likely differ greatly from the upcoming Baldur’s Gate III as it will be an open world game and speculatively more action oriented.
Hidden Path Entertainment is largely known for their work on the Defense Grid tower defense series; as well as co-developing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive alongside Valve.
At the time of publishing there are no further details about the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons game..
