After a successful Early Access phase on Steam, the monster-taming RPG Monster Crown is about to be released on PC and consoles.
Are you a fan of Pokémon games? Studio Aurum has announced that their monster taming RPG, with many similarities to Game Freak’s and The Pokémon Company’s titles, will launch this autumn on consoles and PC.
Monster Crown has been in Early Access on Steam for a year with a positive rating of 9 out of 10. It has received over 40 updates since its Early Access release. These updates comprised ten content upgrades that included sections of the game’s plot, as well as new monsters, features, and areas.
A monster-taming RPG with a lot of twists
For those who are unfamiliar with the game, you will be required to unravel Crown Island’s terrible tale while creating your own monster legacy. The island, which has a history of cruel rulers and heroic saviors, now confronts a new threat in the shape of a nasty young lady seeking control.
It is up to you and the monsters with whom you form alliances to prevent the restoration of tyranny. Will your choices shape you into a savior or an evil messiah? Only in October will you be able to learn more about the upcoming release of Studio Aurum.
Monster Crown is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on October 12, 2021.
