Pokemon will be celebrating its 25th anniversary next month, on February 27th to be precise, and it’s possible that The Pokemon Company and Nintendo will be celebrating that with some major new announcements about upcoming projects. Around that date, which is Pokemon Day, we could be getting a new Pokemon Direct broadcast.
Kelios, who is a Pokemon insider with a solid track record when it comes to leaks, recently took to Twitter to claim that a new Pokemon-focused Direct presentation is coming next month, and reckons that it could happen on February 25, the Thursday before Pokemon Day.
If it does end up happening, the dream scenario for many would be that the long-rumoured and even longer-requested remakes of Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl will finally be announced.
Meanwhile, New Pokemon Snap is coming out on April 30, so we might see more of that game, while updates on the upcoming Pokemon Unite and the Switch Detective Pikachu game might also be shared.
This is, of course, all unconfirmed for now, so take this all with a grain of salt. We’ll keep you updated should we learn anything more though, so stay tuned.

Le 27 tombe un samedi, je verrais bien le 25 pour le coup (jeudi en général ils aiment bien). À suivre
