Part Time UFO was a surprise (and welcome) announcement during the October Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase broadcast. Developed by HAL Egg, a mobile-focused imprint of HAL Laboratory, Part Time UFO launched on mobile back in 2018. The game is centered around the exploits of a UFO that works (you guessed it) part time using its winch to lift and place items. Take a look:
The Switch version of Part Time UFO offers a couple of extras not on mobile. First up is co-op, where any mission can be completed with a friend by passing over a Joy-Con. There’s also a harder version of each stage in order to compensate for having a partner. There’s also the endless Tower of Infinity mode which challenges players’ stacking abilities. This is a fun, quirky game that always should have been on a Nintendo system; be sure to consider giving Part Time UFO a look in the eShop right now!
