Pokemon Legends: Arceus – Every Confirmed Pokemon So Far

Today’s Pokemon Presents shed some light on what fans can expect from Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, Pokemon GO, Pokemon Café Mix, Pokemon Unite, and Pokemon Legends: Arceus. While the presentation covered a lot of ground, most of its time was devoted to the upcoming Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Fans were finally given a proper look at the game for the first time following its announcement earlier this year and they couldn’t be happier. The game seems to be breathing fresh life into the series and providing plenty of background on the world of Pokemon.

With over 900 different species of Pokemon, it seems like it’s getting increasingly harder to include every single one in each coming game. As a result, certain Pokemon have been left out of recent titles to many fans’ dismay. While it isn’t confirmed yet, that seems to be the case once more with Pokemon Legends: Arceus, however, with the countless new animations and battle systems that the game is bringing to the table, it feels like Game Freak is going to include the Pokemon necessary to tell the story of the Hisui region.

The Complete List of Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Arceus (So Far)

Because new games tend to leave some Pokemon out, fans are always curious which creatures will be included when new games are announced. It’s still unclear if Pokemon Legends: Arceus is going to allow for trading or for players to move Pokemon from previous games into it, but if it’s anything like Sword and Shield, it may limit other Pokemon being added through external measures. That said, Game Freak has already shown off plenty of Pokemon that are going to be included in Legends: Arceus such as new Hisui variants of older Pokemon and even a few new additions.

The list below consists of every Pokemon currently confirmed for Pokemon Legends: Arceus through the small handful of trailers that are available. It’s important to note that if a Pokemon that has multiple forms was included in a trailer, the list contains all of its evolutions as they should all be making it into the game. There’s no information on exactly how evolution will work for the game, but as it’s a core mechanic of the Pokemon series, so it’s basically guaranteed to be included.
