S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2

GSC Game World have released a developer diary for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, just after the series’ 14th anniversary.

As previously reported, the open world action game features multiple endings and a non-linear story. Players explore the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, born of a second Chernobyl disaster, where radiation has twisted the wildlife and even the laws of physics.

The new developer diary shows off the game’s graphics, clothes, weapons, and how the Zone is being carved up by different factions representing Duty and Freedom. The game will also feature more factions than the original game, and over 30 different weapons that can be modified.

The game even has a custom teeth tool; a special plug-in to help give each NPC their own smile. Finally, a gameplay demonstration is coming later in 2021.
