The Amazon Prime-exclusive show The Boys blew up in popularity when it released last year, filled with dark humor and a twisted take on superheroes. With The Boys cast now promoting the next season of the show and being asked just about everything, Jack Quaid shared some great ideas for what a game based on The Boys could look like.

Quaid, who plays Hughie Campbell in the show, took a break from promoting The Boys season 2 to discuss what a game based on the show and comics would look like. In an interview with ComicBook.com, Quaid discussed how much fun players could have if they had the freedom to “play as anyone” from the show. His first example is Homelander, who, as Quaid puts it himself, is “essentially Superman.”

Fans have been eager to see a true single-player Superman game for years, as opposed to Supes only having appearance in games like Injustice 2 and Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. Playing as an evil version of the hero could be just as fun if done correctly, and as Quaid states, there is plenty of potential beyond that. His next suggestion is a game “all about A-Train,” which would be interesting given the character’s superhuman speed. If done correctly, a AAA game focused on a speedster could be both unique and plenty of fun. A tabletop RPG was thrown out to fans as a fun concept as well.

Quaid’s final suggestion is a “tactical first-person shooter, third person shooter type of thing” focused on the human team of antiheroes that fights the Supes in the show. Focusing the gameplay on The Boys themselves could certainly be interesting and doing so also keeps the spirit of the show intact. Putting a realistic spin on it to create a combat experience like The Last of Us Part 2 could make for a fun gameplay loop based on taking down overpowered enemies. Playing as the team could also allow for co-op play, which only adds to the dynamic.

Quaid even had a suggestion for a developer, calling out the studio that designed “Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, and all that stuff.” Rocksteady would be an excellent fit for just about any superhero property given their success with Batman, and with the team already making a co-op game in Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, they would have experience with making something like what Quaid described. WB Montreal, who is hard at work on Gotham Knights, would also be a great choice, as would Marvel’s Avengers developer Crystal Dynamics.

Regardless of who makes it, Quaid is right in saying that the concept of a game based on The Boys seems too good to pass up. With The Boys confirmed to be getting season 3, it is safe to say that the show will not be losing popularity anytime soon.

The Boys season 2 arrives Friday, September 4th on Amazon Prime.
